The flat is located on the third floor of the building and features a large window overlooking Herestraat.You would be sharing the bathroom, toilet, living room, kitchen, and storage room with one other person. The supermarket is just a two-minute walk away, and the Academy Building is only a nine-minute walk.We’re looking for a tenant who is clean, respectful, and cooperative.Important:The contract has a minimum duration of one year, with the possibility of extension.You will need to take over the current furniture in the room for €200.
