Shoppingcentre, swimming pool, gym and tenniscourt a 5 min. walk. Centre Gr. 10 min. cycling. Covered cycle shed. I am a retired HVE teacher and working as a professional artist in my studio elsewhere.I have been renting for 24 years now to, mostly, foreign PhD students, scientists and musicians. People who, like me, somewhat outgrown intensive social student life and appreciate a quiet, relaxed place to live. Most of them stayed for a longer period , four of them even for 4 years, but 6 months is the min.
