My rental contract at SSH Proxima is available to be taken over, ending on July 25th 2025, the room has a bathroom inside and there's a big shared kitchen on the ground floor of the building. You will have to share the room with a roommate until the end of November. The rent is around 780 all inclusive, halved for the months you share the room. The area around the building is nice, has other student buildings and benches. It's also a walkable distance to the Zernike Campus.SSH requested some conditions for the new tenant, which are the following:1) Hasn't stayed with SSH on a short stay contract before2) An approved SSH registration for the same period (2024-25), if you don't have this you should be able to get one through the university3) A Bachelor's student4) Male (as there is a roommate)Please do contact if you match the conditions and are seeking a room in this student house.
